This is Mr. Kawamura. He trains police officers in Japan how to drive in high speed chases and yes, they have more than we do as I witnessed several in person, believe it or not. I created this temporary tattoo for him at his request when he and a couple of other mutual friends from Kyoto, came to California to visit me for a holiday. I lived in Kyoto, Japan in 1988 and have traveled and studied there on and off since 1987. Japan is one of my favorite countries to visit. They have an amazing history.

This temporary tattoo was created on the spot with no previous design idea in mind. He said that he wanted the head of a dragon, so I drew it freehand using Berol Prismacolor Art Markers. He told me that it lasted about two weeks. Which is the average for Henna and permanent marker type tattoo's. This tattoo had no Henna in it at all. But the tattoo's in the images on the rest of the page are made from Henna.
